Each gift box pairs two of our five syrups, so every box tells a slightly different story. All four are Grade A, with no additives.
Golden Maple Syrup
START OF SEASON
Grade A Golden, harvested at the start of the season. Mild, delicate maple flavour with a light, buttery sweetness. The season's first and lightest syrup.
Best over ice cream, fresh fruit, and buttery French toast.
AMBER Maple Syrup
START OF THE SEASON
Grade A Amber, harvested mid-season. Full-bodied maple flavour with nutty, buttery notes. Rich without ever being overpowering.
Perfect in coffee, salad dressings, and stacked pancakes.
DARK Maple Syrup
LATE SEASON
Grade A Dark, harvested late in the season. Strong maple flavour with caramel notes and smokey undertones. The boldest expression of the sugar bush.
Made for pancakes, baking, and everything in between.
BARREL-SELECT Maple Syrup
OAK BARREL RESTED
NO ALCOHOL
Grade A Dark maple syrup, briefly rested in oak bourbon barrels. Bold maple flavour with a velvety smooth finish and delicate toasted oak notes. Contains no alcohol.
Made for marinades, nightcaps, and second helpings.
Bourbon BARREL Maple Syrup
OAK BARREL AGED
NO ALCOHOL
Grade A Ontario maple syrup, aged slowly in oak bourbon barrels. Deep and aromatic, with rich caramel and toffee notes and a slight smokey finish. Contains no alcohol.
Pour over glazes, cocktails, and slow Sunday mornings.
